Raducanu fought back from 5-3 down in the final set to beat China's Lulu Sun 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (7-4) in a thrilling last-16 clash on Centre Court
The 19-year-old will now face Tunisia's Ons Jabeur in the quarter-finals on Wednesday.
Raducanu was broken in the opening game of the match but hit back immediately and then saved two break points in the seventh game before breaking Sun's serve again to take the first set 6-4.
Sun broke Raducanu's serve in the second game of the second set and held her serve to love in the fourth game to take a 3-1 lead.
Raducanu broke back in the eighth game but was broken again in the 10th game as Sun levelled the match.
In the third set, Raducanu broke Sun's serve in the fourth game but was broken back in the sixth game.
With the match on serve in the 12th game, Raducanu saved a match point and then broke Sun's serve to love to take the set 7-6 (7-4).
Raducanu will now face Jabeur, who is the fifth seed at Wimbledon, in the quarter-finals on Wednesday.
